MR. KARAN NAGDEV - FCS, LLB, B.COM

Mr. Karan Hareshlal Nagdev is promoter of Nagdev & Associates and Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, LLB (Law Graduate from K.C. Law College, Mumbai) and having extensive experience of more than 8 (Eight) years in the area of Company Secretarial Compliances of various Sectors of Companies including listed companies and also has working experiences in Finance field like Accounting, Taxation & Audits of various Companies, Partnership Firms & LLP's.

Further he has gained experiences in various corporate restructuring assignments with approval of RD & NCLT, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence under the Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, RBI, and other allied laws.

He is also on the board of listed companies as Independent Director.

MRS. KOMAL SUBA - B.COM, ACS

Mrs. Komal Suba is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, having extensive experience of more than 12 (Twelve) years in the area of Company Secretarial Compliances of various Category / Sector of Companies including listed companies and also has working experience as compliance officer with listed Company for 6 (six) years.

We work with a team of four employees including three trainee and we have our business presence across Mumbai, Gujarat, Chennai and Delhi by way of strategic alliances and networking with many professional firms of Practicing Company Secretaries, Registered Valuers, IRP Professionals, Senior Chartered Accountants, Lawyers and other technologist, who are specialized in their respective practice area, with rich and wide experience.
