Assignments relating to compounding of offences under Section 441 of Companies Act, 2013:

Drafting of Petitions, Affidavits, Power of Attorneys, Memorandum of Appearances, and other necessary legal documents.
Liaising and coordinating with the office of the Registrar of Companies (ROC) to obtain all relevant reports and communications.
Ensuring that the Report of ROC is forwarded to the appropriate authority, i.e., the Regional Director or the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), depending on the case requirements.
